Why look for help?

Life challenges can sometimes be hard to cope with on your own. To help you make sense of what is going on it can be useful to talk with somebody who will listen supportively; someone who can help you to change what you want to change and thus regain a sense of balance and wellbeing in your life. Through counselling, psychotherapy and family therapy you can come to know yourself better and explore the full range of your potential.

How he works

Duration and frequency

Counselling sessions usually last 50 minutes and are spaced to meet your needs, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The duration of counselling is always very personal and this is usually discussed during the initial assessment and reviewed as appropriate. It can be short term, 1–12 sessions or longer term, lasting one year or more.

His standard fee is €40 per session. However, in order to make counselling affordable to all, there is the special rate of €20 to students, the unemployed and those on low income.
